Every kid gets picked here
An hour of coached skills and games, Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm with Coach Abby. No tryouts, no bench.
$85 a month after. No card to try.

Moving that doesn’t feel like a workout
Gym class is short, sports cut kids, and the screen is always there. Kids need to run, jump, climb, and carry things, with someone teaching them how.

Games first. Skills always.
Not a scaled-down adult class. The movements come from play.
A game to warm up
Tag, relays, obstacle courses.
One skill
How to squat, jump, land, and lift safely.
A short workout
Body weight, light dumbbells, medicine balls. No heavy barbells.
A game to finish
They leave sweaty and asking about next time.

- Ages 6 to 13 train in one class, so siblings share the hour.
- Older than 13? CrossFit Teen, Tuesdays 3:15 to 4pm.
The honest answers
My kid isn't athletic.+−
Everything scales to the kid doing it, and the games don't keep score. Those are the kids who change the most.
Is CrossFit safe for kids?+−
This class is built for kids, not scaled down: body weight, light weights, and skills before speed. A certified coach is on the floor the whole hour.
What does it cost?+−
$85 a month. The first week is free, no card, for local families.
