Our CrossFit Group classes encompass a warmup, skill/strength work, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion.
In our olympic lifting class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.
Endurance done right. Our endurance training is a synergy of classic endurance training, speed training, running technique, strength, power and general conditioning.

Well folks, we have gotten through the FIRST CrossFit Open of 2019! We are proud of our members for grinding through the 5 weeks of workouts! Looking back, it is easy for us to beat ourselves up for not going harder, not lifting heavier, or not repeating a workout to try to get a better score. But I am here to tell you that is not what you should be focusing on. Looking back we should be focusing on the effort we put into each workout. What matters is that you put in your best effort into each of the WODs. What matters is that you left it all out on the floor and gave it everything you had.…
