Our CrossFit Group classes encompass a warmup, skill/strength work, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion.
Our Crossfit Basics classes is a 4 week program designed to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit before you dive in to our regular classes.
In our olympic lifting class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.

Monday we will be doing the Memorial Day Murph. If you have a weight vest and want to complete the workout in your vest, bring it with you! We will have 4 class times we will be doing Murph: 6am, 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. For those of you who would like to come in and squat, we will have Open Gym hours from: 7am-10am, 11am-12pm, and 1pm-2pm. Please give yourself enough time during Open Gym hours to complete your squats because the class times will be reserved for doing Murph only. Thanks for your understanding and hard work.
