Our CrossFit Group classes encompass a warmup, skill/strength work, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion.
Our Crossfit Basics classes is a 4 week program designed to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit before you dive in to our regular classes.
In our olympic lifting class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.

Starting today we will Open Gym hours only while the coaches are in Dallas to cheer on Whitney during Regionals. Please respect these times and make sure to leave on time. We are incredibly lucky to have our friend, Kim Jackson to keep the gym open instead of closing completely while we are gone. Please see the schedule below!
