In our olympic lifting class you will be exposed to accessory lifts, technique drills, power and strength development, and full and partial lifts.

The heat is in full force, making it more important to stay properly hydrated. During the cooler months it is important to stay hydrated, but during the summer months it is even more critical you keep your body properly hydrated. We won't go into the details of what happens to your body when you don't stay hydrated, we will leave that up to your imagination. The normal average daily water intake is 2.5-3.5 liters. You should be drinking around this much water DAILY. However, if you are working out, you should be drinking even more water.
