You must have 6-12 months of CrossFit experience to drop in or join the gym without an on-ramp gym tutorial. On ramps are 2-4 sessions and are by appointment only. A 2 sesssion on-ramp is $120 + tax, and a 4 sesssion on-ramp is $200 + tax. If you are a beginner and would like to try CrossFit, please email Aaron at firstname.lastname@example.org
