Step 1

You must have 6-12 months of CrossFit experience to drop in or join the gym without an on-ramp gym tutorial. On ramps are 2-4 sessions and are by appointment only. If you are a beginner and would like to try CrossFit, please email Aaron at

If you are experienced in CrossFit, you can drop in anytime. In order to be eligible for drop in, you must not have traveled by airfare within 2 weeks of your visit Our drop in link is below:

Drop-in fee is $20.

Step 2

Show up to your reservation! When you arrive for your reservation, the coach will ask you a series of Covid-19 screening questions, sanitize your hands and help you get set up for the reserved time. You can always email aaron@crossfitalbuquerque with any questions or concerns you may have.
