Step 1

Check out our website and look at the workouts.  Don’t be afraid of what you see.  Our workouts are scaled for everyone and every fitness level.

Step 2

Sign up for a Free Intro Session. These sessions are one on one with a member of our staff and will be scheduled individually. During the Intro Session, we will spend some time talking about our program, explaining the why as well as the how. We will talk about you and your lifestyle and fitness goals, and how CrossFit Albuquerque will put you on the path to those goals. At the end of the session you will participate in a CrossFit workout and we will answer any questions or concerns that you might have. Email to get more information on the class and to reserve a spot.

Step 3

Following the Intro session we will make some recommendations to get you going. Most will go straight into signing up for a membership. For some we may recommend a few private training sessions to get you more comfortable with functional training methods before jumping in to regular classes.  We are excited to meet you and to help you meet your fitness and lifestyle goals.
