You must have 6-12 months of CrossFit experience to drop in or join the gym without an on-ramp gym tutorial. On ramps are 2-4 sessions and are by appointment only. If you are a beginner and would like to try CrossFit, please email Aaron at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are experienced in CrossFit, you can drop in anytime. In order to be eligible for drop in, you must not have traveled by airfare within 2 weeks of your visit Our drop in link is below:
Drop-in fee is $20.
Show up to your reservation! When you arrive for your reservation, the coach will ask you a series of Covid-19 screening questions, sanitize your hands and help you get set up for the reserved time. You can always email aaron@crossfitalbuquerque with any questions or concerns you may have.
