Bio
I played competitive sports my whole life and started doing CrossFit as a way to stay active while living abroad in Hungary. I lived within walking distance of a CrossFit gym, so I decided it was time to try it out. Even though I didn’t speak Hungarian or CrossFit, I was hooked from my first class. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 8 years.
I moved to Albuquerque in 2020 when I graduated college. I planned to stay for 2 years, but then found out why they call Albuquerque the “land of entrapment” and have since made Albuquerque my home! Outside of CrossFit, I work as a researcher at Sandia National Labs, have a Pitbull Chihuahua Mix named Mia, and love spending time in the kitchen.
As a coach, my favorite moments are when athletes surprise themselves. Whether it’s a first muscle up, completing a workout under the time cap, or consistently making it to the gym 3 days a week, I hope to help you do something you didn’t think you could do!
I’ve been making up workouts for as long as I’ve been working out. One of my favorite parts of CrossFit is that it is constantly varied so no two workouts should feel the same. My goal is for our programming to be fun and for it to get you fitter.
