The CrossFit ABQ Difference

Here at Cross Fit Albuquerque we believe that not everyone fits into the same mold. Not every workout is optimum for every person. Practice, technique, strength, endurance and training history all play into our need for a more specified training program. We want you to get the most out of each and every workout. We want you to not feel pressured to reach beyond your capability yet still feel challenged. As such, we encourage all members to scale each workout to your ability.  Our trained coaches will help you with scaling options for any movement.

The different workouts will allow the athlete to grow appropriately into the requisite range of motion, flexibility, and strength before moving on to the next level.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the best strength and conditioning program available. CrossFit is the sport of life; it is also really fun. You are coached to develop skill and strength in movements you do everyday in the real world like squatting, standing up, picking up heavy items, pushing weight overhead, and running after your kids. CrossFit Albuquerque will drive you to meet your fitness, performance, health, and nutritional goals in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
