There has been an issue with people doing extra stuff besides the programmed workout, during the regularly scheduled class times. While we are stoked that you want to do extra work (whether on your own or the Wolfpack extra) and get better at CrossFit and other skills and challenge yourselves to be better and stronger, we ask that you refrain from doing so unless it is Open Gym Hours. Our classes tend to be pretttttty large, especially in the evening, causing multiple frustrations. Not only are we limited on space, but there are some days we are also limited on equipment. We really appreciate your understanding, keep up the great work!
