Stay Hydrated This Summer

The heat is in full force, making it more important to stay properly hydrated.

During the cooler months it is important to stay hydrated, but during the summer months it is even more critical you keep your body properly hydrated.

We won’t go into the details of what happens to your body when you don’t stay hydrated, we will leave that up to your imagination.

The normal average daily water intake is 2.5-3.5 liters. You should be drinking around this much water DAILY. However, if you are working out, you should be drinking even more​ water. For every pound lost after exercise, you should drink an additional 24 oz. of water.
