5 tuck jumps

10 alt. Spiderman lunges

10 alt. Pigeon stretch

30 secs side plank/side

Weightlifting

Every 2 min for 10 mins:

1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Full Snatch + 1 Hang Full Snatch

(4reps total)

*May be performed however desired. Touch n go, or singles, or combo.
