Upcoming Events for February!!!

-Sunday YOGA! Yoga will now be offered every Sunday at 9:30am starting on February 1st. Bring a mat and let’s get flexible (or just stretch out our tight muscles)! Make sure to bring your own mat or borrow one from a friend.

-Whitney’s New Bootcamp starts Tuesday February 3rd. It is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 a.m. for 8 weeks and is designed for the CrossFit beginner. If you know anyone that wants to get started on their fitness journey, this is a great place for them to start.

-Women’s Self Defense Class January 31st and February 7th. This is a great way for women to become more confident in defending themselves- bring your mother, your sister, your cousin, your best friend. This is a donation based class.

-Kiana WOD February 14th. Come support a great cause!

-CrossFit Open Begins February 27th- Registration is OPEN, sign up and let’s have some fun!

-Hero Wod Sunday Feb 22nd 10am sharp!
