Warm-up

3 min walk/jog

3 sets:

20 high knees

20 butt kicks

10 lateral lunges

Then:

10 arm circles forward

10 arm circles backward

10 over under arm swings

10 forward and back arm arm swings

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With equipment:

15 min AMRAP:

400 m run/2 min run

20 alternating db snatch/or 10 ground to overhead with any object (backpack/bag of potatoes/random rock outside)

No equipment:

15 min AMRAP:

400 m run/2 min run

20 burpees
