5 downward/upward dog

10 scap pushups

3 each leg 4 position spiderman crawl

10 arm circles forward and back

10 over/unders

10 swings up and down

Metcon

20 MIN for quality:

-2 MIN cardio

-10 Split squats per leg tempo 31×1

-20 Sit ups

-10 Glute bridges single leg per leg

-20 Bent over rows
