The CrossFit Basics Class is starting 4/7 @ 7am!

Our new CrossFit Beginner Class will be starting Tuesday, April 7th at 7am. This 4-week program will be on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7am with Whitney. This class is meant as an introductory CrossFit class where people can learn the fundamental movements in a relaxed environment with only beginners. If you know someone that is interested, please have them email to get signed up!
