Tomorrow (May 6) will be a graduated training test out day. This will be a chance for people to test out into the next level (performance/wolfpack) if they have not formally done so yet. It will also be a great benchmark day for everyone else as the workout itself is a huge mix of max effort lifts and skills. Treat it as your normal WOD for the day and lets smash those old PR’s. Put your game face on and bring it!!
