1 power clean + 1 hang power clean + 1 squat clean at 70-80% of max power clean.
*hang power clean should become the limiting factor*
5 sets of 5 reps – as heavy as possible.
5 sets of 2 reps (pausing in dip and catch position) at 70% of jerk max.
