5 tuck jumps

10 alt. Spiderman lunges

10 alt. Pigeon stretch

30 secs side plank/side

Weightlifting

Front Squat:

5 sets of 3 reps

*building to a heavyish 3 reps for the day*

**must be beltless**

Then…

1 clean pull+ 1 power clean + 1 squat clean

*build to a heavy for day of complex*

Then…

5 sets of 5 reps

High as possible box jumps
