Then…

Snatch balance from rack

5 sets of 1 reps up to 80-85% of 1-RM

Then…

Panda Pulls (snatch grip)

5 sets of 3 reps at 70% of 1-RM

Then…

Power snatch

5 sets of 1 rep at 70% of 1-RM
