Find a “heavy for the day” power snatch. Not a 1-RM. 80-90% is considered heavy.
Then…
Snatch pulls from the floor, at 120-150% of 1-RM snatch weight. 5 single reps.
Then…
From the rack:
Snatch balance
5 sets of 3 reps at 60-70% of 1-RM snatch weight.
