Weightlifting

Snatch from blocks or mid-thigh

6 sets of 2 reps at 65%

Then…

Power jerk

6 sets of 2 reps at 65%

Then…

Snatch pull – 90% (of snatch)

5 sets of 4 reps

Then…

Abs:

Sit-ups – 70-100 total reps
