10 alternating pigeon

60 sec plank200-400m run

Weightlifting

3-position snatch (floor, knee, mid-thigh) – 65% x 5 sets

Snatch pull – 85% (of snatch) – 5 sets of 5 reps

Snatch Drops from hip position. Drop only, shrug and pull under: Find a max for the day;

Then…

75% of that number for 3 sets of 2 reps, performed the same way!
