10 lunges
10 alt pigeon stretch
10 cat cows
20 hip bridges
Weightlifting
Clean from blocks or mid-thigh
6 sets of 2 reps @ 65@
Clean pull – 90% (of clean)
5 sets of 4 reps
Snatch balance:
Find a max for day
Then perform 80% of that for 2 sets of 2 reps
