5 sets of 3 reps at 60-70% of max

Then…

Clean pulls

5 sets of 3 reps at 100-120%

Then…

5 sets of COMPLEX:

1 push press + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

* Use 60-70% of push press max weight*
