10-20 ring rows

75 pull-ups,

100 wall balls

150 kettlebell swings.

*Every 2 Minutes, Complete 10 burpees total.

RX+ – CTB, 30/20lbs, 70/53

RX – CTB, 20/14lbs, 53/44lbs

Scaled L1 – PU, 14/10lbs, 44/35lbs

Scaled L2 – PU or ring rows, 10/6lbs, 35/26lbs
