Line Drills- Butt kickers, shuffle, lunge, skip, bear crawl, long hop, high knees
Skill
Rocket Squats: Have athletes work on a slow decent on a squat and have them explode up quick, shooting their arms up (Good practice for thruster)

Crossfit Baseball:
Have 4 stations:
1: 10 Air squats
2: 8 Jumping Jacks
3: 4 Gorilla hops
4: 3 Push press
