As a team of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

NOTE: Alternate after each movement; one works, one rests.

At the completion of 20 minutes, run together a max distance until the end of the AMRAP.
