The endurance class begins next Wednesday at 5:30 pm. We will meet at La Cueva Track. Most classes will last one hour but expect the first class to run 1.5-2 hours as we will be going over some theory before we run. Beginning that day, we will post running workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We will have workouts based on short and long courses. The class will meet in person on Wednesdays only. The time and location of the class will be posted weekly on Mondays workout post under the the endurance tab.
This is a great class, that will improve your running, improve your endurance, and most of all you will have a great experience in the outdoors.
