In the last progression video with Carl Paoli, he talked about hand position, starting with the underhand with pinkies touching, getting our hands wide (still underhand), then flipping your hands over. In this video he talks about going into a neutral position and changing the width of the bar you are grabbing. We do not have a monster grip triangle by Rogue (like he uses in the video), but we do have other things that can substitute for this piece of equipment- just ask a coach for help!
