This Saturday in leu of the 9am team and 10:30 advanced workouts at the gym will be doing a Boxtoberfest Training Park WOD at 10:30am. This WOD is open to ALL, any level can come and participate. The teams doing Boxtoberfest are highly encouraged to come as this will be one of the workouts from the competition. So there will be NO 9am class just this park wod at 10:30 which is open to anyone and all levels. It will be great training for our competitiors and an awesome workout for all of us.
