Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp lime juice
hot sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
bacon crumbles (optional, but not really)
Peel the eggs, cut them into halves, and scoop the yolks into a small mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside. Mash the avocado, yolks, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt and pepper together in the mixing bowl. Fill the egg whites with the deviled mixture and sprinkle them generously with bacon crumbles. Enjoy!!
