On Tuesday, November 17th we are starting the next CrossFit Basics class! This is the perfect class for people that want to try CrossFit but are hesitant and want to learn the basics first.
This class will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am for 4 weeks. In this class people will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements and will become more comfortable in the gym. Please invite your friends and family to come on in and try it out!
