Line Drills: Shuffle, lunge, long hop, high skips, high knees, butt kickers, bear crawl.


5 Rounds of 10 Deadlifts.


6 Rounds for time:

10 Curb Jumps

Run 25 ft

3 Push ups

5 Squats

Run 25ft (Run back to curb)
