3 Min Cardio

Line Drills: Lunge, Butt kickers, High Knees, Long hop, High Skip, Shuffle, Bear Crawl


Squat with object in front position.

Squat down, three second hold then explode to the top position!

6 Rounds:

5 Squats every round.


5 Rounds for time:

Run 50 feet\ or 10 Jumping jacks if raining 🙂

3 Push ups

6 Jumping Squats
