Tomorrow we do Murph in honor of Lt. Murphy who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor. It is but a small reminder of what we have to be thankful for and those we should be thankful for. This weekend is really not about BBQ or days off work..it is about those that have served…those that lived and died. We live in place that is singular in its freedoms and diversity. That singularity came at a price and it was not free.
Take a moment or two this weekend to give thanks to those that have paid for our freedoms with the ultimate sacrifice and seek out someone who has served or their family member and say “thank you”.
