One of our long time members, Kraig Valdez will be moving to Washington D.C. tomorrow. Kraig has worked his ass off over the years, has made incredible gains, and has been an inspiration to all those around him. His work ethic and positivity have influenced us all and we will be very sad to see him go. I would like to personally thank Kraig for his dedication and all that he has given this gym over the years. You will truly be missed my friend and we wish you all the best with this new chapter in your life.
