For the love of the gym

Check out the link above. I found it very incitful. I think to often people dont take a step back and realize what kind of athlete they want to be. Hopefully all of you are finding out how much you love working out, how much you love running, or how much you love olympic wieght lifting. Dont let yourself get caught up in what other people are doing. You have to worry about what you want to get out of your workouts. You have to want it for yourself. The more you do things for others the more unhappy you are going to be. Its great to look up to people to get an idea of what direction you want to head, but its even more important to make results happen for you, because its what you want. Surround yourself with positive people that are going to get you there. You should work on something that makes you better everyday, because you want to, not because you think we as coaches want you to.
