Sumo Squat Hold x 2 MIN

Foam Roll and Stretch more as desired

Weightlifting

Snatch Pulls at 90% of Max Snatch: 5 sets of 3 reps

Then…

Snatch Grip Deadlift at 110-120% of max snatch: 5 sets of 5 reps

Then…

5 sets of:

Push Press + Split Jerk

Work up to 75% of max split jerk

Then…

3 sets:

1 min bar hang hold

1 min hollow body hold

1 min plank

60 secs rest
