3 MIN Cardio: jog, jumping jacks, gorilla stomps, etc.

Line drills:

-high knees

-Butt kickers

– lunges

– high skips

– long hops

– Power shuffles

– bear crawl / sprint back

Skill

Front squats with 2 sec pause at bottom

4 sets of 5 reps

*focus on exploding up, and high elbows for front rack*

Metcon

4 Rounds for time:

5 jump squats

25 ft run

20 line hops

25 ft run
