New Website is here!

We are very excited to have the new website up and running.  We have spent months working on this and welcome any feedback you might have.  The WODs for each level are on the right and at the top you can click on each level to see a running list of the workouts for each level.  Some changes are that the WODs will be posted daily but we will be doing blog posts on Mondays and Thursday.  These posts will be full of good, useful content.  Continue to check the website daily, though for updates, events, news and schedule changes.  The Olympic Weightlifting workouts will be posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Endurance on Monday, Wed, and Fri.  The meeting place for the endurance class will but put out on a blog post on Mondays.  Something we are very excited about is that coming soon you will be able to download the myWOD App for iphone and can have RSS feed sent directly to your phone for WOD tracking.  Check out the site and let us know what you think!
