Staying hydrated and keeping up with our nutrition will be key to surviving this event. Also dont let the wear and tear of not getting enough sleep draw from your confidence. If you do crossfit you have to have some level of mental toughness, use that toughness and run with it. Dont let the row/erg defeat you. You have to show yourself each time it is your turn who is in control of your mental status. Anyways check it out and prepare accordingly. For those of you who have never experienced a similar event be prepared to test yourself in more ways than one.
