The Open! 5 workouts over 5 weeks. Join us for some fun, friendly competition, and tough workouts!

Make sure you sign up for The Open by February 26th! CFABQ’s Friday workouts will be the Open workouts for that particular week. The Open last 5 weeks and runs February 22 through March 26th. There are 5 workouts total throughout the 5 weeks. The workout is released on Thursday evening and athletes have till 5pm on Monday to submit their scores.
