This monday’s workout of the day will be the graduated training test out day . This will be a chance for people who wish to test out into the next level (performance/wolfpack). It will also be a perfect benchmark day for everyone else. Think of it as a total week just condensed and faster. You will hit maxes in the big lifts/oly/skills, and some tests of conditioning.
