The Conquest is a local CrossFit competition for teams, put on by Duke City CrossFit. The competition has been going on for a few years now and is always tons of fun!
This is a team competition. The divisions are as follows:
Firebreather – coed 2-person team
Women’s RX – same sex 2-person team
Men’s RX – same sex 2-person team
Women’s Scaled – same sex 2-person team
Men’s Scaled – same sex 2-person team
Teens – same sex 2-person team
Kids – coed or same sex 2-person team
