At CrossFit Albuquerque we realize that some of you may prefer to train one on one or that you may have very specialized athletic or job related goals. If this fits then we have many options to meet your needs.
All our programs are designed to supplement our already comprehensive fitness programming here at CF Albuquerque. We estimate that our programming covers the foundations to get you fit as possible in 6 x 60-minute sessions per week. However, in order to attain new skills or goals that are sometimes outside of our general fitness tract, athletes need to focus their efforts a bit. This is where our coaches can help you.
Sport Specific Training
If you are looking make large improvements to your sport, one of our coaches will create a bi monthly training plan that incorporates attendance at regular classes at CrossFit Albuquerque with an individualized training plan to meet your goals. Whether it be triathlons, running, cycling, mountain sports, or anything else you can think of, we can make a plan to maximize YOUR potential. This is not a cookie cutter plan. We will take into account your goals, your life, and your abilities.
