What you will be doing with us.

  • Learn correct body weight exercises like squat, lunges, push-ups, and pull-ups.
  • Learn basic gymnastics like L-sits, ring work, handstands.
  • Learn proper powerlifting movements like back squat, deadlift, and bench press.
  • Learn proper Olympic weightlifting: the clean & jerk, snatch and progressions.
  • Use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, med balls, tires, sledgehammers, and more.
  • Learn to climb ropes, flip tires, “skin-the-cat”, muscle-up, kip, and lots more.
  • Run, row, and jump rope.
  • Better yourself by receiving the best tips, thoughts and support to achieve your nutrition, lifestyle and sleep goals.

Do all of this in a fun, dynamic group setting. Our group classes are coached throughout the class. The class will last one hour and will encompass a warmup, skill/strength work, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion. This training works! Our program is constantly varied, functional movement, done at a high intensity, over broad time domains.
