2019 Endurance Class

We are excited and happy to announce the start of our 2019 Endurance Class. Do you have a running goal for 2019? Do you want to learn better running mechanics so you can crush Murph? Well this is for you. Starting this Sunday, March 10th 2019 at 8 am at CrossFit Albuquerque, Coach Tatianna will be holding the first class of this year. Every Sunday @ 8 am following, she will be setting up a place to meet and be coaching this class. Please look to Facebook, Instagram, and the CrossFit Albuquerque website for that information. If for whatever reason you still don’t know where to be you can text her (505-239-8262) and she will let you know where to meet the group.

Along with the Sunday class, we will be posting two workouts a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for your running enjoyment. One will look more like a recovery run and the other will be interval work. These works should be about 20-30 minutes long, perfect for after your daily WOD. If you have any questions about those workouts please let Tatiana or Jacy know. 

There is no running experience or level required for this class. We encourage everyone of all ability to join us. We look forward to seeing you all there!
