Open gym hours is time that unlimited membership athletes can come into the gym to workout, lift, practice skills, etc. There will be a coach on site but the coach may or may not be available for instruction. You are on your own during this time and expected to use the space safely and responsibly.

Events

April 7th-9th The Railyard Games
Held at the historic Albuquerque Railyards, this competition will test all levels of functional fitness over the course of 3 days. 
Masters (40+) and Elite will be individual competitors, RX will be same sex teams, and Scaled are co-ed teams. 
April 22nd Festivus Games
