Endurance done right. Endurance is so much more than putting your shoes on and going out for a run. Good endurance training is a synergy of classic endurance training, speed training, running technique, strength, power and general conditioning. At CrossFit Albuquerque we blend all of these to make you a fast, durable, injury free runner, capable of meeting any goal that you have. Our running program is open to Unlimited Members and drop ins are welcome. This class is a great way to take your running to the next level.
